What you will do
- Lead design end-to-end across the platform, including product workflows, visual systems, and marketing materials for a modern trading marketplace.
- Partner with founders to shape the product roadmap, translate complex data into clear interfaces, and write technical specifications for new features.
- Drive features through the full lifecycle from initial prototype to production launch, coordinating directly with engineering to ensure high-fidelity releases.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 5+ years of product design experience, ideally at early-stage startups, with a portfolio demonstrating mastery in both UX and visual execution for data-heavy tools.
- Possesses a “founder DNA” mindset, being comfortable defining problems, writing specs, and operating without a PM intermediary in a high-velocity environment.
- Is highly proficient with modern AI design tools and prototypes quickly, with the ability to provide engineers with functional proofs-of-concept rather than static handoffs.
