What you'll do
What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our podcast and social media engine, repurposing long-form content into viral clips and high-performing LinkedIn posts.
- Orchestrate the marketing strategy by identifying when to execute tasks in-house versus managing specialized freelancers for design, copywriting, or video production.
- Analyze content performance data to iterate on hooks, titles, and distribution tactics, ensuring a consistent daily presence across YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
