As the first design hire at CommerceClarity, you will define the visual and interaction language for an AI agent platform transforming retail operations. You’ll move beyond traditional chat interfaces to create “control room” experiences that manage complex catalog data for enterprise giants like Prada. This is a high-impact, founding-level role.

What you will do

Own the end-to-end design process, from early problem framing and user research to prototyping and shipping the final enterprise-grade experience.
Architect and build CommerceClarity’s first design system, ensuring a cohesive and scalable visual language across their AI-native product suite.
Collaborate closely with founders and engineering to translate messy, judgment-heavy retail workflows into simple, reliable, and lovable product interfaces.

Who this is a fit for

Brings 5+ years of product design experience, specifically within complex B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI-native environments where data density is high.
Demonstrates high agency and a first-principles mindset, capable of driving clarity from ambiguous requirements without needing a pre-defined playbook.
Is an AI-native practitioner who uses AI tools daily and understands how to design products where non-deterministic AI behavior is the core value.
