What you'll do
What you will do
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical (ML, Backend) and GTM (AE, CSM) roles, managing everything from initial outreach to offer close.
- Build and operationalize the recruiting infrastructure, including ATS setup, sourcing playbooks, referral programs, and pipeline reporting from scratch.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and ensure a high-signal, efficient candidate experience.
