What you will do
- Own the end-to-end design direction, spanning both complex product workflows and the evolving visual identity for the brand.
- Lead and grow the design team, providing mentorship and setting the high-quality bar for every interface and interaction shipped.
- Conduct deep customer research and rapid prototyping to translate regulatory constraints into seamless, “inevitable” user experiences for global investors.
