- Design and ship the foundational onboarding journey to reduce time-to-mastery for complex mortgage servicing domains from six months to three.
- Partner with domain experts to extract knowledge and build verifiable practice loops and certification pathways for deployment and technical roles.
- Architect an "eternal coach" vision using LLMs and agents to provide always-on, cross-functional learning and reinforcement for every employee.
