We’re aiming to improve how London offices eat and to fuel teams and workplace culture through curated catering solutions for everyday office meals and events.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end product design strategy and execution across multi-sided user journeys for makers, employers, and employees.
  • Partner with product and engineering to conduct lean user research and validate assumptions through rapid prototyping and testing.
  • Establish lightweight design processes and build the foundational components of the &Dine design system to support scalable growth.

Who this is a fit for

  • Has at least 3 years of UX/product design experience, ideally within a fast-moving startup or marketplace environment.
  • Demonstrates high proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered interaction design and complex problem-solving.
