What you will do
- Lead high-leverage client engagements by anchoring project deliverables and building influential relationships with executive-level product, technology, and business leaders.
- Architect the product and service design disciplines at Faculty, defining the comprehensive skill frameworks that inform talent acquisition, career progression, and team development.
- Partner with business development and engineering teams during early-stage projects to identify product opportunities and structure multidisciplinary squads effectively for strategic accounts.
