Join GrowthNation as a Product Builder working directly with the CPO to design and ship AI-driven features. You will own the user experience end-to-end, from Figma sketches to shipping production code with tools like Claude Code. Operational Discovery uses voice-agent interviews to map every role’s tasks, relationships and dependencies into a living graph of how the business actually operates, capturing employee IP that would otherwise walk out of the door. And Enterprise-Ready Agent Building supplies the governance, security and regulatory planes including the EU Data Act that foundation models do not handle, so agents reach production safely, stay measurable, and stay owned by the company. Change management is the moat: GrowthNation is the transformation layer boards are already budgeting for.

What you will do

Design and ship end-to-end features across web and Slack/Teams, handling everything from initial wireframing to testing and final release.
Collaborate directly with customers through onboarding and feedback calls to identify pain points and prototype functional proofs-of-concept within 24 hours.
Raise the product bar by refining interfaces, flows, and copy until they feel intuitive, while pushing back on substandard AI-generated experiences.

Who this is a fit for

0-4 years of experience, ideally at a product-led B2B or AI company with a track record of shipping real products to users.
Proficient with AI building tools like Claude Code and design platforms like Figma, prioritizing product sensibility and speed over deep engineering expertise.
Exceptional communicator and entrepreneurial spirit who can distill complex AI outputs into clear specs and independently drive meaningful product outcomes.
