What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for the customer-facing mobile app, enhancing the patient journey for GLP-1 treatments.
- Architect and optimize internal clinical and operations tools to streamline complex workflows for medical, enrollment, and CX teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to define solutions that balance user needs with rigorous regulatory and commercial constraints.
