What you'll do
What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM and EPD roles, from innovative sourcing of passive talent to final closing.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, refining interview loops and data-driven metrics to ensure high-quality hiring bars.
- Lead employer branding and referral initiatives to expand the candidate pipeline and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all departments.
