What you will do
- End-to-End Design: Lead the design of the Casa iOS app and vendor interface, moving from initial research and messy iterations to high-fidelity, polished Figma prototypes.
- Brand Ownership: Establish the visual identity and design language of the company, ensuring a premium and trustworthy aesthetic across all member touchpoints.
- Rapid Prototyping: Collaborate daily with ex-Uber founders to conceptualize features in the morning and see them in the hands of Bay Area members by the weekend.
Who this is a fit for
- Mobile Experience: You have 5+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of shipping high-quality, consumer-facing mobile/iOS applications.
- Startup Grit: You have thrived in tiny, fast-moving environments and are comfortable operating without a design system, PMs, or established brand guidelines.
- Marketplace Expertise: Ideally, you have designed service-oriented products or marketplaces (like Uber, DoorDash, or Airbnb) where digital interactions trigger real-world operations and services.
