What you will do
- Design end-to-end product experiences for complex B2B fintech products, turning intricate workflows into elegant, production-ready interfaces.
- Partner directly with product and engineering to define feature roadmaps, conduct user research, and ensure high-fidelity execution of design systems.
- Evolve the company's design culture by championing visual quality, usability standards, and the adoption of AI-driven prototyping tools.
