What you'll do
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end product design for complex autonomous agents, turning ambiguous enterprise workflows into simple, high-quality interaction models.
- Partner directly with the CEO and engineering teams to make product decisions and define how users configure and trust AI systems.
- Take full ownership of design verticals, navigating from initial customer discovery and requirements to final shippable designs in Figma.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Has 6+ years of product design experience, specifically within early-stage startups where they served as an initial or founding hire.
- Demonstrates exceptional Information Architecture (IA) skills and UX thinking, with a portfolio showcasing complex, multi-step systems made simple.
