What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for your squad, taking ambiguous product problems from initial concept to high-fidelity, shipped mobile features.
- Conduct direct user research and usability testing to validate concepts and ensure every feature genuinely solves member pain points and builds trust.
- Evolve and maintain the Yonder design system, ensuring visual consistency across typography, layout, and complex interaction patterns to keep the app feeling premium.
