What you will do
- Lead the entire training lifecycle from initial needs analysis through to post-go-live adoption and support for large-scale system rollouts.
- Design and produce comprehensive instructional assets, including e-learning modules, quick-reference guides, and train-the-trainer packs for a dispersed user base.
- Manage senior stakeholders and process owners to ensure alignment with the programme delivery plan, go-live timeline, and overall readiness.
