UK Head of Clinical Operations at Fella Health

You will lead the clinical engine for the UK’s 5th largest GLP-1 provider, scaling operations to serve millions. This role combines clinical expertise with operational rigour to design productised protocols, manage a senior team of 50+ prescribers, and drive high-throughput safety standards in an AI-first telehealth environment.

• Build and productise scalable GLP-1 protocols into clear decision trees and product requirements for a Silicon Valley calibre engineering team.
• Lead day-to-day clinical operations across 50+ prescribing pharmacists and medics, owning the rora, capacity planning, and staffing.
• Drive clinical throughput by owning SLAs and performance KPIs while maintaining painfully high safety and audit standards.

• GPhC registered Pharmacist or GP with an Independent Prescriber qualification and deep experience in regulated telehealth environments.
• Proven track record of operationalising clinical protocols and using data to manage large-scale prescriber team output and quality.
