As an AI Engineer at Claimsorted.com, you will build the AI platform powering end-to-end insurance claims. You will develop LLM and ML systems for document ingestion, fraud detection, and coverage decisions. Its services include customizable First Notice of Loss (FNOL) solutions, structured claims data integration, advanced fraud detection, and real-time analytics. ClaimSorted offers both white-label claims portals for policyholders and tailored workflows for insurers, functioning internationally with a local presence across the US, UK, and Europe.

What you will do

  • Design and deploy production-scale LLM and ML models to automate document ingestion, fraud detection, and insurance coverage assessments.
  • Partner with insurance domain experts to translate complex claims processes into high-performance, AI-driven technical workflows.
  • Architect the core AI infrastructure and help build the engineering team’s technical culture from the ground up as the company scales.
