What you will do
- Design and optimize autonomous AI agents that perform actions across CRMs and payment systems, rather than just generating text responses.
- Fine-tune LLMs for accuracy and compliance while implementing RAG and inference optimizations for real-world enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with global engineering and research teams to monitor performance and iterate rapidly on agent capabilities based on customer feedback.

- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering or NLP, with strong Python proficiency and hands-on experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow in production.
