Tuza’s AI-native automation platform creates capacity in the world’s largest banks by removing manual processes, addressing growth bottlenecks in financial services.
What you will do

- Design robust review gates, fail-safes, and fallback behaviors to maintain the extreme security, explainability, and auditability required by global financial institutions.
- Build the core observability and feedback loops to monitor agent performance and iterate on the product based on bank-side feedback and production evals.
Who this is a fit for
- Has at least 4 years of experience as an engineer, with a proven track record of shipping AI automation that is currently running in production.
- Demonstrates exceptional Python skills and experience orchestrating LLMs using tools such as Temporal or LangChain to solve complex, non-linear logic.
- Possesses a record of making agents reliable, efficient, and accountable, while being fluent in modern data pipelines and system integrations.
Why this role is remarkable

- Join a well-funded team of 12 where you have extreme ownership over the technical direction, product experimentation, and the orchestration of production-grade LLM systems.
- Experience high learning velocity by spending time inside partner banks to observe friction first-hand, turning those insights directly into product changes and technical improvements.
