You will own the end-to-end model training pipeline at BluePill AI, moving beyond simple API integrations to work directly within model weights. You’ll fine-tune and align LLMs to create “AI consumers”—simulated audiences that react with 93% accuracy compared to human panels, revolutionizing how brands test products and messaging in minutes.

What you will do

Own the complete end-to-end model training and alignment pipeline for BluePill AI’s proprietary audience simulation engine.
Implement and iterate on advanced post-training techniques including SFT, DPO, and PEFT to align model behavior with complex human audience data.
Build and scale distributed training infrastructure to optimize the performance and deployment of foundational models across the platform.

Who this is a fit for
