Broker Partnerships Manager at Factored

Join a seed-stage fintech as the first Broker Partnerships Manager, where you will own the acquisition and growth of a national broker network. You'll act as a hunter, proactively sourcing, signing, and onboarding finance brokers to resell Factored’s unique unsecured short-term loans, directly impacting the company’s trajectory and scale.

  • Proactively source and engage mortgage, bridging, and SME finance brokers across the UK to build a robust pipeline.
  • Convert prospects into active partners and manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure long-term broker success.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders to refine broker acquisition tactics and help define the scaling roadmap.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • 2–4 years of experience in broker partnerships, ideally at a fintech lender like iwoca, Funding Circle, or YouLend.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting with a "hunter" mentality and the ability to close new business deals.
  • Existing network within the UK finance broker community to activate and drive immediate volume to the platform.
