What you will do
- Lead requirement gathering workshops for new client onboardings and translate complex business needs into actionable user stories.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle in JIRA, supporting sprint planning and maintaining high-quality documentation for APIs and help guides.
- Act as a strategic liaison between engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure feature development aligns with long-term product goals.
Who this is a fit for
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner specifically within the retail sector.
- Proven expertise working within product-led agile teams using JIRA and Confluence for lifecycle management.
