What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end non-profit journey, from onboarding and engagement strategies to providing multi-channel support via email, phone, and online drop-in sessions.
- Oversee critical operational processes, including due diligence checks and payment administration, to ensure funding reaches community projects accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to advocate for the non-profit community and ensure their feedback drives platform improvements.
Who this is a fit for
- Brings 3+ years of experience in community management or customer success, ideally within a SaaS marketplace or a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Possesses exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrates strong technical confidence with tools like HubSpot and Notion, alongside a genuine passion for social impact and the non-profit sector.
