- Drive the Analytics Engineering and BI roadmap, owning the P&L for data warehousing, modeling, and business intelligence tools across the entire organization.
- Architect robust dimensional models and data marts in BigQuery using dbt and Airflow, ensuring absolute data integrity for downstream Looker analytics and executive reporting.
- Scale and mentor a world-class team of analytics engineers, including distributed offshore members, while defining technical career ladders and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

- Demonstrates intermediate to advanced Python skills and deep experience translating complex technical data requirements for non-technical stakeholders in Finance, Credit, and Product teams.
