You will lead the commercial transformation of the financial back-office, selling a category-defining AI-native operations layer. Instead of selling licenses, you will drive high-value, consumption-based deals that replace legacy BPO. This role is responsible for landing and expanding multi-million dollar ACV accounts within the world’s largest financial institutions, including existing Tier-1 reference logos.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Originate and close $15 million in new ACV in Year 1 across 3–5 Tier-1 logos by selling auditable AI-driven throughput.
  • Lead the expansion of Year-1 accounts from initial beachheads to $5M+ ARR by scaling AI across multiple bank divisions.
  • Build and manage a specialized enterprise sales pod including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Operators to dominate the BPO market.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • 8+ years of experience selling complex managed services, BPO, or enterprise AI platforms directly to the operating spine of Tier-1 financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of personally closing $5M+ ACV deals with senior MDs and C-suite buyers at major banks or asset managers.
  • Deep fluency in bank operating economics, including cost-per-FTE, regulatory constraints, and the transition from legacy BPO to consumption-based models.
