What you will do
- Lead and grow a high-performing operations team, expanding from 13 FTEs to support a total organizational headcount of 100 staff within two years.
- Build robust operational infrastructure across finance, HR, legal, and program administration capable of managing over 20,000 annual fellowship applications.
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Executive Director to design and execute organization-wide strategy and lead high-priority strategic initiatives.
