Role overview

As the Education Program Manager & Evangelist at Azoma.ai, you will define how the world’s largest brands navigate the shift to AI-driven shopping. You’ll build a comprehensive accreditation program while serving as the public face of the company, creating high-impact social content and educating the market on the future of agentic commerce.

Software30-50 employees

Azoma is the category-defining Agentic Commerce Optimization platform. We work with 18 of the top 30 global FMCGs, including Arla, Barilla, Bayer, Beiersdorf, Canadian Tire, L’Oréal, Lipton, Mars, Mondelez, Panasonic, P&G, Reckitt, Unilever and Zappos, to help them drive revenue through AI shopping agents like Rufus, Sparky, Gemini and ChatGPT.

What you will do

  • Design and launch the official Agentic Commerce Accreditation Program, creating curriculum and certifications for enterprise retail customers.
  • Serve as the face of Azoma.ai by producing engaging LinkedIn shorts and thought leadership content to drive market awareness.
  • Collaborate closely with CPG and retail leaders to understand their educational needs and translate complex AI shifts into actionable insights.

Who this is a fit for

  • Proven experience working within a global CPG brand or an e-commerce challenger brand in marketing, digital, or transformation roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort being on camera, with a natural ability to simplify complex concepts for a B2B audience.
  • A self-starter with an “influencer” mindset who is passionate about education and eager to grow alongside a fast-scaling Series A startup.

Why this role is remarkable

  • You will be the primary voice and “influencer” for a company defining a brand-new category in the retail and AI space.
  • Azoma.ai is already profitable and trusted by 18 of the top 30 global FMCGs, including Unilever, P&G, and Mondelez.
  • Work directly with founders—an ex-Amazon leader and a PhD AI researcher—at a Series A startup managing $2.2B in monthly GMV.
