Role overview

As an Engineering Manager at Raya, you will lead the Member Experience server team, overseeing the full lifecycle from application to renewal. This player/coach role involves 50% hands-on coding and 50% management. You will build net-new payment systems at scale, driving direct revenue impact while mentoring engineers and upholding high architectural standards.

  • Architect and build scalable backend services for subscriptions, onboarding, and in-app purchases using Node.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
