Responsibilities
What you will do
- Lead a product engineering team in London, aligning business objectives with high-load API delivery and technical excellence.
- Partner directly with Product Management to co-own the roadmap and translate customer pain points into scalable software solutions.
- Drive the engineering culture by hiring, onboarding, and mentoring talent while collaborating on high-level strategy with the CTO.
