As the first Engineering Talent Lead, you will report directly to the CEO to build the hiring function from scratch. You will own the full-cycle recruitment of world-class AI, Robotics, and Simulation engineers. This hands-on builder role is pivotal as the company scales from 45 to 75 people, shaping the culture of a high-performance team.

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical engineering roles across AI, Robotics, Simulation, and Infrastructure, managing the entire process from initial sourcing to final closing.
  • Partner directly with the CEO and founders to sharpen role requirements and establish structured, repeatable hiring systems including interviewer calibration and evidence-based scorecards.
  • Proactively source senior technical talent within niche communities and deliver a high-touch, mission-driven candidate experience that reflects Sunrise Robotics Corporation’s core values.
