What you will do
- Lead technical implementations and configurations of Karumi’s AI agents across diverse customer workflows and complex software interfaces.
- Perform deep-dive QA and debugging to maintain high reliability and solve complex technical edge cases in live production environments.
- Develop lightweight automation and scripting tools to streamline internal implementation processes and accelerate the onboarding of new customers.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 1-3 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical QA with a strong engineering and debugging mindset.
- Demonstrates technical proficiency in scripting or coding and a natural curiosity for how modern agentic AI systems are operated.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical challenges into actionable product improvements for the core engineering team.
