Join Alternative Payments as a Forward Deployed Engineer to build the internal systems that power our business. You will develop AI-driven data infrastructure, custom internal products, and agentic workflows that replace generic SaaS tools. Sitting within Engineering, you will partner with Ops and Product to ship production-grade software that moves real money every day.

What you will do
- Design and build internal AI data infrastructure and custom tools for Sales, CS, and Marketing, replacing off-the-shelf SaaS with bespoke, high-performance applications tailored to our workflow.
- Develop and maintain the critical dashboards and automations that run the business, including Super Admin and Finance interfaces that require production-grade reliability for real-time money movement.
- Lead technical reviews for AI-assisted development across the company, establishing architecture guardrails and PR standards to ensure non-technical contributors ship safe, maintainable code without generating tech debt.
