- Lead a dedicated pod of engineers and BDRs to execute complex technical implementations and maximize confirmed customer ROI.
- Deconstruct existing manual workflows at customer sites to design and deploy automated, frictionless processes built around the Seal platform.
- Manage the end-to-end commercial relationship, navigating high-stakes technical sales cycles and closing deals with senior life sciences stakeholders.
