As CEO, you will define the clinical wedge, navigate FDA pathways, and scale a first-of-its-kind digital infrastructure for the $27B remote patient monitoring market.

• Define the clinical wedge by identifying the most high-impact target population, such as memory care communities, post-diagnosis home monitoring, or clinical trial cohorts.
• Lead the development of algorithms that transform raw sensor data—such as gait patterns and sleep architecture—into actionable clinical intelligence for caregivers and physicians.
• Secure lighthouse commercial partnerships with health systems, senior living operators, or pharmaceutical companies to validate the platform’s real-world impact and ROI.

• Proven founder or senior operator with experience scaling health tech, med tech, or digital health products from zero-to-one specifically within the US healthcare market.
• Deep navigational expertise in the US ecosystem, including a strong grasp of Medicare reimbursement models, FDA Class II regulatory pathways, and health system procurement.
• Technical fluency in sensor data or ML pipelines, combined with a genuine passion for transforming neurological care and supporting families through cognitive decline.
