What you will do
- Architect hierarchical planners and multi-agent coordination systems (planner ⇄ executor ⇄ verifier) to automate complex enterprise workflows.
- Design and implement RL and preference optimization loops that improve agent performance based on business outcomes and real-world deployment data.
- Build robust evaluation suites and sandboxing strategies to ensure safe, repeatable, and auditable autonomous changes in regulated environments.
