What you will do
- Engineer the production MVP from the existing prototype, selecting your own stack and building a scalable foundation for the company’s autonomous content pipelines.
- Lead the AI core development, focusing on agent orchestration and structured brand knowledge ingestion to ensure high-margin, faithful reproduction of brand assets across thousands of generations.
- Recruit and mentor an elite engineering team, scaling the organization from the first hires to a high-performing department of ten engineers ready for Series A expansion.
