What you will do
- Design motor geometries, windings, and topologies from first principles to meet demanding torque, weight, and thermal constraints for drone missions.
- Develop an automated FEA simulation pipeline using tools like ANSYS Maxwell or JMAG to evaluate thousands of candidate designs against real-world physics.
- Validate simulation models against physical bench test data, feeding results back into the optimizer to constantly improve the design engine’s accuracy.
