Leland is building the first system of record for aging: one whole-person record for every older adult, held above every doctor, plan, and pharmacy they touch. We start with Medicare-funded navigation, a trusted nurse plus purpose-built AI, taking the coordination work off families from day one and earning the record as we go. Our mission is to turn the senior years into the peak of human life. We’re early, in New York, in person, and building the founding team.
What you will do
- Design and implement the complete technical architecture across four layers: data ingestion/storage, intelligence, action, and compliance.
- Build agentic AI systems that synthesize fragmented information from physicians, insurers, and pharmacies into actionable, coordinated support for seniors.
- Lead end-to-end development from initial concept through pilot launch, making high-leverage decisions on the tech stack and engineering culture.
