You will transform vague customer problems into deployed products, working on everything from Python-based AI workflows to polished React interfaces. What you will do
- Architect and build new features end-to-end, including Python backend services, PostgreSQL data models, and modern React/TypeScript frontends.
- Develop and iterate on sophisticated AI workflows, voice AI integrations, and real-time event-driven systems to automate manual agency operations.
- Work directly with customers and founders to diagnose issues, gather feedback, and translate business outcomes into reliable production software.
