With nettle, insurers can assess 5x the number of risks and underwrite more business, faster, and with greater precision.
What you will do
- Design and ship production AI features using LLMs and agentic workflows as a core part of the daily product development cycle.
- Lead on-premise Docker deployments for enterprise clients, managing complex infrastructure, security reviews, and networking across multiple global regions.
- Partner directly with client IT and infosec teams during PoCs to provide technical credibility and translate field observations into product improvements.
Who this is a fit for
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with expert-level Python (Flask/Django) and extensive experience in the React/NextJS ecosystem.
- Proven track record of shipping software into client-managed or on-premise enterprise infrastructure, including hands-on experience with Docker and production networking.
- High-calibre academic background (BSc, MSc, or PhD) with recent professional experience building and deploying production-grade integrations with LLMs.
