Role overview
At Truvo, we’re building the next generation of insurance broker, saving the average household hundreds of dollars on insurance while better protecting people for the worst moments in their lives, when their home burns down in a horrific wildfire, they end up in a major car accident, or someone breaks into their apartment and takes everything. To challenge the existing traditional insurance brokers, we’re building the insurance broker of the future, with the world’s best full stack AI-native insurance broker platform.
What you will do
- Design and deploy production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph to automate complex insurance workflows.
- Engineer deep API integrations into legacy insurance carrier systems to enable autonomous quoting, binding, and policy servicing at scale.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and technical leadership to move from zero to one, shipping code to production from day one.
Who this is a fit for
- Proven experience building and fine-tuning production LLM systems and AI agents, with strong foundations in computer science and scalable system architecture.
- Exceptional startup grit and high agency demonstrated through previous technical co-founder roles or being an early-stage employee at a high-growth startup.
- Scrappy, hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable working across the stack to solve messy, high-impact problems.
Why this role is remarkable
- True founding-level ownership with 0.4-1% equity and the chance to shape the product, technical architecture, and culture from the ground up.
- Backed by an elite group of investors including the founders of Wayve, Indeed, and MongoDB, alongside early team members from Google and Meta.
- Tackle the massive complexity of rewiring the antiquated trillion-dollar insurance industry using cutting-edge AI agents and multi-agent systems rather than just prototypes.
