What you will do
- Architect and build the core product features including the web application, recruiter dashboards, and complex AI agent workflows from scratch.
- Ship and iterate on features at high velocity, moving from initial concept to production-ready code used by real candidates within days.
- Establish the engineering standards, technical velocity, and architectural foundations that will scale with the company as it grows.
