Developers and enterprises use Kastra to safely delegate more work to AI while preventing destructive actions, unauthorized access, secrets leakage, data exfiltration, and compliance violations. We integrate with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw, and other AI agent frameworks, providing centralized runtime authorization, policy management, and audit-grade decision logs across every AI workload.
What you will do
- Design and own production Kubernetes environments using GKE, Terraform, and GitOps to support global, high-availability deployments.
- Build distributed policy evaluation services capable of serving millions of decisions per day with sub-millisecond latency.
- Develop AI runtime integrations for platforms like Claude Code, Cursor, and Anthropic, ensuring secure tool execution and API invocation.
Who this is a fit for
- Demonstrates deep expertise in Go or Rust backend systems and has extensive experience operating Kubernetes in production environments.
- Possesses a strong background in distributed systems, networking fundamentals, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
