What you'll do
What you will do
- Collaborate with engineers to design and prompt-engineer AI agents capable of performing complex scientific research and competitive landscaping tasks.
- Build robust evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to measure AI performance against the rigorous requirements of pharmaceutical enterprise users.
- Act as the internal voice of the life sciences user to define the product roadmap and translate client feedback into technical features.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- At least 2 years of experience in pharma competitive intelligence, commercial strategy, or life sciences consulting (e.g., L.E.K., IQVIA, ZS).
- A strong scientific foundation with an undergraduate degree in life sciences; a PhD is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- High intuition for AI with experience using or building LLM-based tools to optimize research workflows and handle vast amounts of unstructured data.
