What you will do
- Lead technical discovery and run tailored demos focusing on complex manufacturing needs like FIFO, lot traceability, and COGS by batch.
- Manage pilots and full-scale deployments at customer sites, ensuring successful go-lives and configuring modular ERP environments.
- Document and build a reusable demo library and implementation playbook to scale the company’s delivery capacity beyond the founder.
Who this is a fit for
- 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or ERP/manufacturing systems implementation.
- Deep fluency in manufacturing concepts including BOMs, work orders, inventory allocation, procurement workflows, and cost accounting.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, communicating effectively with VPs of Supply Chain, Heads of Operations, and CFOs.
