What you'll do
What you will do
- Design and build a scalable AI-platform from scratch using NextJS, Java, and TypeScript to unify fragmented compliance workflows.
- Embed 2-3 days per week with acquired companies to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy high-impact automation tools.
- Act as a strategic technical advisor, performing due diligence on acquisition targets and defining the long-term technical roadmap.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience with proficiency in NextJS, Java, TypeScript, and modern AI-powered workflow automation.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between complex technical systems and non-technical business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to travel across the UK to deeply understand and modernize legacy business operations.
