What you will do
- Design and build Venmark’s core AI platform, integrating legacy systems and automating workflows like route-planning and compliance report generation.
- Embed with acquired companies across the UK to audit their tech stacks, identify bottlenecks, and serve as a strategic technical advisor.
- Develop and execute technical roadmaps that align with aggressive M&A growth objectives, supporting due diligence on potential new acquisitions.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with strong proficiency in NextJS, TypeScript, and building AI-powered automation tools.
- Demonstrates a pragmatic, polyglot approach with the ability to bridge the gap between modern software and legacy business systems like CRMs and ERPs.
- Highly communicative and willing to travel 2-3 days per week to UK-wide sites to understand and transform physical-world operations firsthand.
