Appnigma AI is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join their 7-person pre-seed team in building the future of CRM automation. Backed by Beta Boom and Google/YouTube angels, they are creating an AI engine that turns plain language into production-ready Salesforce and HubSpot apps in minutes.

Role overview

You will build the core web product and AI generation engine for a platform transforming how CRM apps are developed. Working directly with founders, you’ll own features from spec to production using React, Node, and Python. This role offers high autonomy in a small, fast-moving team disrupting the $150K+ consulting market.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain the web platform using React/Next.js and Node/TypeScript APIs to deliver a seamless user experience for AI-powered app generation.
  • Own the AI generation engine, developing Python services, designing prompts, and creating evaluation frameworks to ensure production-quality code output.
  • Integrate deeply with CRM platforms via REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks to deploy Salesforce managed packages and HubSpot marketplace apps directly.

Who this is a fit for

  • Has at least 3 years of experience shipping full-stack features using React and Node, with a proven track record in a startup or high-autonomy environment.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in AI/LLMs through hands-on experience with Python, model APIs, or side projects involving prompt engineering and evaluation.
  • Possesses excellent written communication skills for async collaboration across Pacific, West African, and Asian timezones, thriving in an environment with minimal hand-holding.
