What you'll do
What you will do
- Architect and manage the end-to-end ClickHouse warehouse including schema design, ingestion, and performance optimization.
- Build and maintain mission-critical data pipelines connecting Postgres, Stripe, and ad platforms using Python and dbt.
- Create and prune the BI layer in Hex to provide proactive answers on retention cohorts, churn, and pricing impact.
Who you are

- Expert in advanced SQL and Python for ETL orchestration using modern tools like Dagster, Airflow, or dbt.
- Proven experience building BI layers from scratch and managing columnar warehouses, specifically ClickHouse or Snowflake.
