Role overview

Build a high-scale outbound engine from the ground up at a well-funded AI startup. You will write Python and SQL to automate account research, personalize outreach with LLMs, and manage CRM integrations. This is a hands-on technical role focused on engineering sophisticated revenue systems to capture massive market demand.

  • Architect signal-based triggers and LLM-generated personalization for automated outbound campaigns.
  • Build and maintain the GTM stack including enrichment waterfalls, APIs, and CRM integrations.
  • Run structured experiments on messaging and segmentation to optimize the company’s revenue engine.
